The Fray Taking The Stage At THON 2025

American pop rock and alternative band The Fray is taking the stage at THON 2025.

The Fray’s top hit is “How to Save a Life,” which was released in 2005. It reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 1 on the adult alternative and adult contemporary charts. Other top hits include “Over My Head (Cable Car)” which reached No. 8 on the Hot 100 and spent 42 weeks on the chart, and “You Found Me,” which was released in 2009 and peaked at No. 7 on the Hot 100.

The Fray’s top-five songs on Spotify all come from two of its five total albums, “How To Save A Life” and “The Fray.” The band’s latest album was released in 2014 and it dropped an EP called “The Fray Is Back,” in 2024.

The Fray was formed in 2002 by Isaac Slade and Joe King in Denver, Colorado. Dave Welsh and Ben Wysocki later joined the band. Slade left The Fray in 2022 but King, Welsh, and Wyskocki remain together.
