‘The Addams Family’ Set To Appear At Penn State April 1 & 2

The Broadway national tour of “The Addams Family” will make a stop at Penn State for two April performances. The show will be presented at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, and 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, in Eisenhower Auditorium.

The musical comedy follows a new storyline for the original creepy and kooky family, with beloved characters like Wednesday, Gomez, and Morticia Addams returning to the stage. Penn State musical theatre graduate of 2022, Melody Munitz, stars as Wednesday Addams.

“They’re just like the rest of us,” Munitz said about the show in a release. “They’re a family who loves each other fiercely, who are unwilling to compromise their sense of self to fit into society.”

For University Park students, prices start at $40. For individuals 18 and younger, prices start at $49 and $66 for adults.

Tickets can be purchased by calling (814) 863-0255, visiting the website, or going to Eisenhower Auditorium directly.
