Former Penn State Hoops Guard Jameel Brown Transfers To Delaware

Former Penn State men’s basketball guard Jameel Brown committed to transfer to Delaware, he announced via Twitter Thursday night.

Brown played for the Nittany Lions for two seasons before transferring to Temple, where he appeared in eight games last season.

As a sophomore at Penn State, Brown averaged four points per game in 27 outings, including four double-digit scoring games, two of which came against ranked teams. A year later with the Owls, he went for 5.3 points and 1.9 rebounds per game before sitting out for a majority of the season for “personal reasons.”

The 6’4″ Philadelphia native has two years of eligibility remaining.
