Power Ranking Penn State Summer TikTok Edits

This summer, college sports edits flooded many TikTok users’ “For You Pages” — and Penn State content did not disappoint. At some point, watching Penn State sports edits stopped being a casual scroll and became an obsession.

Maybe it was the stadium lighting. Maybe it was the perfectly timed beat drops and perfect music choice. But one thing’s for sure: the edits were unreal. From football to volleyball to wrestling, creators turned Nittany Lion athletics into a cinematic experience.

With so many great Penn State edits across TikTok, we set out to find the best of the best.

10. Penn State Wrestling

National champs, baby. There’s something about Penn State wrestling domination that just hits different. Winning 13 NCAA national titles—four of them in the last four years—gives you every right to get a sick edit. This edit perfectly encapsulates what Nittany Lion wrestling is all about.

9. Abdul Carter

Abdul Carter was a beast last season for Penn State football. He recorded 68 total tackles, 23.5 tackles for loss, and 12 sacks in 2024, playing a key role in the Nittany Lions’ defense. He was also just drafted third overall by the New York Giants. A player like that deserves an edit as insane as his stats—and this one delivers.

8. Rock Your Body – Penn State Football

Who isn’t excited for Penn State football to come back? The “Rock Yo Body” trend blew up on TikTok this summer, and the Nittany Lion edits that used it did not disappoint. I’ll never scroll past a great edit like this one.

7. Penn State Women’s Volleyball

Another national champion team on this list.

The Nittany Lions were nothing short of inspirational last season, finishing 35-2 overall and 19-1 in Big Ten play. Honestly, there should be more edits of them because after the kind of season they pulled off, they’ve more than earned it.

6. Penn State Men’s Hockey

Another “Rock Yo Body” edit — this time for Hockey Valley. Anyone who watched this team last season has every reason to be excited for what’s coming. With top NHL prospect Gavin McKenna committing, plus all the momentum from a Frozen Four run, October can’t come fast enough.

5. Penn State Football

Top five all-time. Penn State football took most of the spotlight when it came to Nittany Lion edits, and who are we to complain? There are so many out there that it was hard to pick favorites, but the speech paired with this edit takes it to another level.

4. Penn State Football – The Sandlot

This isn’t just any Saquon Barkley edit. The use of “The Sandlot” audio with clips from the White Out and Barkley’s time at Penn State hits on a whole different level—it’s cinematic, emotional, and makes you almost feel a sense of nostalgia.

3. Penn State Football

32 days until Penn State football is back, folks. The jitters for this season are starting to set in, and we can’t wait to see what the Nittany Lions pull off this year. This edit pulls that feeling off perfectly.

2. Penn State Football – Love Island

Who doesn’t love a good crossover? The return of Love Island was the talk of the summer, so an edit that brings those two worlds together was exactly what we needed. And honestly, I think we all agree with Olandria—we love college football season

1. Penn State Football

I know—another “Rock Yo Body” edit. But this one just hits differently. This edit has a way of making you feel like you’re in the stadium, and it gets us even more hyped for the season. We’re really counting down the days until we’re back in Beaver.
