A Guide to the Locust Lane Farmers Market

It’s that time of year again, folks!

Folks can visit the Locust Lane Farmers Market every Tuesday and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Whether you are looking for some flowers for your apartment or new produce items, the market has it all. We put together this guide to help you know what to check out!

With a wide variety of small businesses, the market offers endless options to explore. A favorite spot near the entrance is the D.I.Y. Flower Bar associated with Deb’s Flower Farm. Folks can craft their own bouquet from freshly picked flowers.

As you make your way to the left, you’ll come across a charming station filled with greenery. Here, you’ll find a wide variety of plants, unique cacti, pots, and so much more. It’s the perfect spot for plant lovers to browse!

As you enter the market, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by just how much there is to see and try. On Tuesdays, things are a little quieter with fewer options, while Fridays are typically bustling with vendors and overflowing with fresh produce. Some Friday favorites include Inside Out Cookie, Woodfired Bake Shop, and The Piper’s Peck, all spread throughout the market.

In the center of it all you’ll find Idou Coffee Co., serving fresh sourdough, cold brew, espresso, lattes, and a variety of baked goods.

Near the end of the market, a few more spots include Peaceful Kingdom Farms and Moses Garden Produce. Peaceful Kingdom Farms offers bright, beautifully scented candles, while Moses Garden Produce, run by a kind older couple features plants, peppers, eggplant, and flowers.

From fresh produce to unique vendors, the market offers something special for everyone. Be sure to check it out!
