Photo Story: It’s ‘Open Duck Season’: New East Halls Window Art Appears Before White Out

East Halls has once again turned into a gallery of sticky-note art. This week’s theme leans heavily toward Penn State’s upcoming White Out showdown with Oregon. Freshmen wasted no time filling their windows with loud, unfiltered messages that got straight to the point.

The usual “We Are” signs are still around, yet Oregon is clearly the main target. Compared to last year’s decorations, the focus has clearly shifted toward throwing serious shade at a tougher opponent.

Even a short walk through East revealed how much energy the class of 2029 is bringing. Each window made the hall feel alive with Penn State spirit. Here’s a look at what we saw roaming through East Halls.

These Tener Hall residents had more to say, but the Post-its gave out.

This Stuart Hall supplemental put up the biggest display we spotted by far. Let’s go, Nittany Lions!
