Repurposing Beaver Stadium For A Better Use

All good things must come to an end, and, due to recent events, Beaver Stadium’s time at Penn State is up. With the losses piling up and empty stands, Saturdays just don’t hit the way they used to here in State College.

The iconic stadium holds endless possibilities for a much-needed renovation. So, we have found better uses of Beaver Stadium that would be a guaranteed win for Penn State, and include full-coverage Wi-Fi.

Walmart Supercenter

This is a no-brainer. Walmart deals would break the stadium pulse, and students in East wouldn’t have to travel a mile for groceries. A giant Walmart Supercenter undoubtedly gives Beaver Stadium a new glow.

Resort

Need a weekend escape or a new study spot by the pool? The spacious Beaver Resort would be the perfect place to spend your Saturdays. During the winter, maybe an outdoor skating rink?

Ikea

On-sale dorm furniture with the meatballs is 100% the move. Meal Plan and LionCash would definitely be accepted here.

Buc-ees

The beaver that never loses and bathrooms so clean they’re legendary. Pennsylvania is in dire need of a Buc-ee’s, and what better place to bring it than State College? This also opens a ton of job opportunities for the recently unemployed.

James Franklin’s Mansion

It might be time to retire Beaver Stadium and pay tribute to Penn State football. RIP. It was a good run. Maybe Franklin will spend his buyout check and turn Beaver Stadium into his forever home…
