Here are some of the nicest downtown State College Apartments for those looking to rent a four-bedroom apartment.
1. The oLiv Hetzel

The oLiv Hetzel Apartments are a popular choice for living among students. Located just downtown on Hetzel Street, students have access to all the fun and exciting things that go on off of College Avenue. Looking at 4-bedroom apartments, students get 2 bathrooms and a large living space. The apartment complex comes with a rooftop pool, a fire pit with lounge seating, a fitness center, and a sauna. The rooms come fully furnished, with large windows and a full-sized washer and dryer. Appliances include a premium stainless-steel stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. 4. The Standard

Located on West College Avenue, The Standard is at a perfect location to get to the heart of State College. This apartment complex is known for its high-rise look and great amenities. The area provides great onsite restaurants and is a short walking distance to the nightlife of Happy Valley.
