Penn State Hoops Signs Class Of 2026 Recruit Jamison White

Penn State men’s basketball signed Jamison “Jamo” White as its lone member of the 2026 recruiting class, the team announced Monday morning.

White, a St. Louis, Missouri, native is ranked as a top-250 recruit in the nation and No. 3 player in Illinois, where he plays high school basketball, according to the 247 composite rankings.

The 6’7″ forward originally chose the Nittany Lions over offers from Kansas State, Saint Louis, and Southeast Missouri State.

White’s father, Jahadi, had a nine-year NBA career after playing collegiately at Georgetown.

The Nittany Lions currently have one senior in Josh Reed, whose roster spot will be filled by White.
