Three-Star Quarterback Kase Evans Commits To Penn State Football

The Matt Campbell train is moving, folks.

Class of 2026 three-star quarterback Kase Evans has committed to Penn State football, per On3’s Hayes Fawcett. Evans was released from his signing with Iowa State on December 11.

The Lexington, Texas, native is tabbed as the No. 158 player in his home state and No. 60 quarterback in the class of 2026, per 247Sports’ Composite rankings. Evans tossed 2,945 yards and 34 touchdowns on 169-for-321 passing in his 2025 senior campaign, according to his MaxPreps profile. He passed for 11,640 yards in his high school career and was a varsity starter as a freshman.

Evans joins four-star Peyton Falzone in Penn State’s class of 2026 quarterback room. He is Penn State’s fourth commit under Campbell.
