Report: Penn State Football Cornerback Kenny Woseley Jr. Enters Transfer Portal

Penn State football redshirt-freshman cornerback Kenny Woseley Jr. is entering the transfer portal, according to a report from CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz. He has three years of eligibility remaining.

Woseley joined the Nittany Lions in 2024, playing in four games that season but maintaining his year of eligibility. In 2025, he played in all 12 regular-season games for Penn State, recording nine tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss. He started one game.

The Philadelphia native was a three-year starter and two-year team captain for Imhotep Charter. The former three-star was the No. 14 player in the state, No. 52 cornerback, and No. 569 player nationally per the 247Sports composite rankings. He chose Penn State over Duke, Boston College, and Florida.

Woseley is the 39th Nittany Lion to enter the transfer portal since the end of the 2025 season. He leaves a talented and young defensive back room with players like Daryus Dixson and Jahmir Josheph.
