Penn State Men’s Volleyball At No. 13 In Week One AVCA Poll

Penn State men’s volleyball stayed at No. 13 in the Week One AVCA Poll, the organization announced Monday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions are tied with Ohio State at No. 13. The Buckeyes were one spot behind Penn State in the preseason poll.

The Nittany Lions defeated Mount Olive 3-1 in their season opener and swept Manhattan 3-0. Sean Harvey and Ryan Merk won EIVA Offensive Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week, respectively.

After starting 2-0, Penn State returns to action on Thursday, January 15, to play St. Thomas Aquinas at home in Rec Hall. Folks can watch on BTN+.
