Preferred Walk-On Wide Receiver Henry Lustig Commits To Penn State Football

Penn State football has another preferred walk-on to add to its growing 2026 recruiting class, earning the commitment of wide receiver recruit Henry Lustig on Thursday night.

Lustig, the son of Penn State special teams coordinator Justin Lustig, has been on Penn State’s radar for a while, even being on campus as far back as May 2024, when State College hosted an Elite 11 Regional, which saw Lustig work out with notable quarterback prospects. He was extended an offer on January 7.

Playing for State College High School in 2025, Lustig had 41 receptions for 640 yards and 10 receiving touchdowns, while making 39 tackles with three interceptions on defense, according to his MaxPreps profile. He also has a background in track and field.

Lustig is the second preferred walk-on receiver that Penn State has earned a commitment from in January, alongside Deymein Doctor. With a ton of turnover in the wide receiver room coming in 2026, Matt Campbell and his staff are looking to build up the depth.
