Report: Former Penn State Football Defensive Tackle Enai White Transfers To Oklahoma State

Former Penn State football defensive tackle Enai White has signed with Oklahoma State, per Pete Nakos of On3. He has one year of eligibility remaining.

White was a highly-touted four-star recruit out of Philadelphia in the Class of 2022 when he committed to Texas A&M, ranked as the No. 47 player, No. 4 edge rusher, and No. 2 player from Pennsylvania, according to the 247Sports Composite. He chose the Aggies over Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Ohio State.

He contributed immediately as a true freshman for Texas A&M, playing in seven games. He tallied two sacks and three tackles for loss across 12 games in his first two seasons before undergoing knee surgery midway through the 2023 season. He got injured again early in 2024, playing just one game and redshirting before entering the transfer portal.

White was part of James Franklin’s final transfer class at Penn State, brought in to add depth to the defensive line. After being listed at 245 pounds in College Station, White bulked up to 280 and moved inside, playing defensive tackle. In eight games, he had three tackles and a sack against FIU. He entered the transfer portal again on January 10.

He’ll head to Stillwater to play under new head coach Eric Morris and will seemingly shift back to defensive end after playing inside in State College.
