Penn State Men’s Hockey Reveals Special Uniforms For Beaver Stadium White Out Game

Penn State men’s hockey continues to prepare for the highly anticipated Beaver Stadium game on Saturday, January 31. On Monday, the team revealed the special-edition uniforms that it will be wearing for the game in a two-minute promotional video on X.
The video features select players, including captain Dane Dowiak, star freshmen Gavin McKenna and Jackson Smith, and goaltender Josh Fleming, playing a mini-scrimmage at a local rink. The video then transitions to the uniform reveal as they enter Beaver Stadium in the same fashion the football team does on Saturdays in the fall.
The uniforms appear to be influenced by the football team’s “Generations of Greatness” uniforms, featuring a white collar and shoulders on a blue jersey, block lettering, striped blue and white sleeves, and white pants. The two biggest differences between these and the team’s usual home jerseys are the predominantly blue jersey instead of white, and the absence of names on the back.
The game is being advertised as a White Out, and tickets remain available here.
