Penn State Athletics Releases Parking Information For January 30 To February 1

With a busy sports weekend coming up in Happy Valley, Penn State has released parking details for all sporting events from Friday, January 30, through Sunday, February 1.

Parking is as follows:

Friday, January 30

Penn State Track & Field National Open Day 1 At Multi-Sport Facility

  • Time: All-day
  • Parking locations: Commuter lots (Stadium West, Jordan East, Porter North) and Eisenhower Deck
  • Prepaid Rate: $5.60 via ParkWhiz
  • Day-of Rate: $10 via HONK

Women’s Hockey vs. Robert Morris At Beaver Stadium

  • Time: 1 p.m.
  • Parking Location: Commuter lots (Stadium West, Jordan East, Porter North)
  • Prepaid Rate: $5.60 via ParkWhiz
  • Day-of Rate: $10 via HONK
  • Mobile parking passes for this event are valid until 5 p.m.

Men’s Volleyball vs. Hawaii At Rec Hall

  • Time: 6 p.m.
  • Parking Locations: Nittany Deck and West Deck
  • Prepaid Rate: $5.60 via ParkWhiz
  • Day-of Rate: $10 at pay station

Men’s Hockey vs. Michigan State At Pegula Ice Arena

  • Time: 6 p.m.
  • Prepaid Rate/Locations: $5.60 via ParkWhiz at the Commuter lots (Stadium West, Jordan East, Porter North) and Eisenhower Deck
  • Day-of Rate/Location: $10 via pay station at East Deck only

Wrestling vs. Nebraska At The Bryce Jordan Center

  • Prepaid Rate/Location: $5.60 via ParkWhiz at the Commuter lots (Stadium West, Jordan East, Porter North) and the Eisenhower Deck
  • Day-of Rate/Location: $10 via pay station at East Deck only.

Saturday, January 31

  • Prepaid Rate/Location: $5.60 via ParkWhiz at the Eisenhower Deck
  • Day-of Rate/Location: $40 at the Eisenhower, East, and HUB decks, $30 in the Nittany Deck, and $20 in the West Deck.

Swimming & Diving vs. George Washington At McCoy Natatorium

  • Time: 10 a.m.
  • Prepaid Rate/Location: $5.60 via ParkWhiz at the Eisenhower Deck
  • Day-of Rate/Locations: $40 at the Eisenhower, East, and HUB decks, $30 in the Nittany Deck, and $20 in the West Deck.

Men’s Tennis vs. St. Joseph’s At The Indoor Tennis Center

  • Time: 10 a.m.
  • Prepaid Rate/Location: $5.60 via ParkWhiz at the Eisenhower Deck
  • Day-of Rate/Locations: $40 at the Eisenhower, East, and HUB decks, $30 in the Nittany Deck, and $20 in the West Deck.

Men’s Hockey vs. Michigan State At Beaver Stadium

  • Time: 1 p.m.
  • Parking will be available outside of the stadium, ranging from $40-100 and depending on availability. Details on that parking can be found here.
  • Additional On-Campus Parking: $40 at the Eisenhower, East, and HUB decks, $30 at the Nittany Deck, and $20 at the West Deck.
  • Penn State faculty, staff, and student permits will be valid only in the evening/weekend lots west of Biglar Road.

  • Prepaid Rate: $5.60 via ParkWhiz
  • Day-of Rate: $10 at pay station

  • Prepaid Rate: $5.60 via ParkWhiz
  • Day-of Rate: $10 via HONK

Men’s Gymnastics vs. Illinois At Rec Hall

  • Time: 1 p.m.
  • Parking Locations: Nittany Deck and West Deck
  • Prepaid Rate: $5.60 via ParkWhiz
  • Day-of Rate: $10 at pay station

Men’s Basketball vs. Minnesota At The Bryce Jordan Center

  • Time: 2 p.m.
  • Parking Location: Commuter lots (Stadium West, Jordan East, Porter North)
  • Prepaid Rate: $5.60 via Park Whiz
  • Day-of Rate: $10 via HONK

Going into these sports weekends, remember the following parking tips and rules:

  • Event parking is enforced by license plate. The plate registered through ParkWhiz, HONK, or a valid Penn State permit must match your vehicle.
  • Parkwhiz prepaid passes must be purchased by midnight the night before the event.
  • Day-of parking can be purchased through HONK by scanning QR codes posted in lots at deck pay stations.
  • All event parking requires head-in parking.
