Report: Penn State Football Wide Receivers Coach Noah Pauley To Take Same Role With Green Bay Packers

Penn State wide receivers coach Noah Pauley is reportedly taking the same position with the Green Bay Packers, per CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz.
Pauley was one of several Iowa State assistants to follow Matt Campbell to Happy Valley this offseason and has been widely acclaimed for developing young receivers. In the 2025 NFL Draft, two Iowa State receivers, Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel, went in the first three rounds.
Prior to his time at Iowa State, Pauley coached wide receivers at FCS powerhouse North Dakota State from 2019-22 and was the offensive coordinator at Minnesota-Duluth from 2016-18. In the past, he’s also interviewed for the offensive coordinator position for the San Francisco 49ers.
He reunites with former North Dakota State standout Christian Watson and joins Matt LaFleur’s staff in Green Bay just one day after being introduced, alongside every other position coach, to the media on Wednesday.
