The time is finally here… State Patty’s 2026 folks!

We made it through 46 hours standing at THON, and spring break is finally coming up. In order to get through this last week, let’s put on some green for State Patty’s weekend.

We know everyone needs a drink right about now, but we made a game to make it a little bit more fun for everyone!

• Good morning! Put your green outfit on and pour a shot, cue “Zombie Nation.”
  • If you don’t own green, run over to McLanahan’s and take another shot.
• If you’re ready to start your State Patty’s, start chugging.
• If you’re confused why we celebrate so early, take a shot.
• Take a sip every time you see someone wearing green.
• Take a sip every time you see someone not wearing green.
• Take a shot every time you see a “kiss me I’m Irish” shirt.
• If the bar lines are crazy, take a shot.
• Every time you see a cop car or an officer, take a sip.
• If you see a shirt that says “Who’s your Paddy?” take a shot.
• If someone mentions not owning green, take a sip.
• If you get blacked before 6 p.m., take a sip of water.
• Every time you see a girl wear a jean jacket over a green shirt, take a sip.
• If you’re excited for spring break, shotgun a beer!
• If this is your last State Patty’s, take a shot. We will miss you!
