Penn State Men’s Volleyball Remains No. 16 In Latest AVCA Poll

Penn State men’s volleyball remained at No. 16 in the AVCA poll for the third consecutive week. The Nittany Lions received 145 points to keep the No. 16 ranking, 14 points behind No. 15 Ohio State.

The Nittany Lions extended their winning streak to seven with a sweep over Merrimack at Rec Hall to finish unbeaten in February. Their last loss came at the hands of No. 3 Hawaii on January 31.

Penn State’s win streak will be tested as it heads west to take on No. 2 Long Beach State on Saturday, March 7, at 10 p.m. Mark Pavlik’s squad will stay on the west coast through spring break to battle two more ranked opponents in No. 7 Pepperdine and No. 5 USC.
