
If you’ve attended a basketball game since student's returned from winter break, you may have noticed something a little different coming from the pep band. The crowd favorite “Rock and Roll, Part Two” is gone, and gone for good according to the director of the Blue Band, Dr. Richard Bundy.

It's hard to believe it was only last week when Penn State (9-10, 1-5) dominated a solid Purdue squad. Ten days and three losses later, Penn State is once again struggling to find their identity and keep up with the size and talent of the Big Ten.

Many of you are now familiar with the Penn State and Philadelphia sports blog known as The School Philly. Founded in August 2010 by a couple of ambitious Penn State juniors, most know them for their tendency to use the word "fuck", or for their renown PSU's Dime-a-Dozen section that profiles Penn State's hottest girls.
But just what makes these wordsmiths tick? What goes on behind bulwark walls of "The School Philly House", a remote College Avenue edifice that the founders of The School Philly and fourteen other stalwarts call home? These are the answers I sought, and so I arranged for a historic meeting to be held.

It was only a week ago that Penn State went into Evanston and suffered an embarrassing loss to Northwestern. Seven days later and no one is taking Penn State for granted in the Big Ten.

Bill O'Brien officially met the media in a Saturday morning press conference at the Nittany Lion Inn. Accompanied by his wife and one of his two sons, who was wearing a Silas Redd jersey, he laid out his appreciation and plans for the future of the Penn State football program.
