Despite Defense Subpoena, Judge Rules Cynthia Baldwin Does Not Need to Testify at Hearing

A pre-trial hearing today in Harrisburg ended after only 15 minutes -- despite four days of scheduled hearings -- as Judge Todd Hoover ruled that no testimony would be heard as the case winds its way through the court system.

Snow Emergency Declared in State College

It's already starting to look like a winter wonderland in downtown State College this afternoon. The State College Borough Manager has declared it a snow emergency, and all cars much be removed from street parking until the snowfall stops so crews can clean the streets.
