Snow Emergency Declared in State College

It’s already starting to look like a winter wonderland in downtown State College this afternoon. The State College Borough Manager has declared it a snow emergency, and all cars much be removed from street parking until the snowfall stops so crews can clean the streets.

The Penn State Campus Weather Service is predicting up to 8 inches of snow today in State College (see graphic above).
