Penn State Basketball kicks off the 2013-2014 season with brand new jerseys and a redesigned website.

State College was ranked second in a MSN Real Estate post ranking the “10 cities where you want to walk to work.”

Troy Stivason, a kicker from Athens, Pennsylvania, has committed to walk-on to the Penn State football team.Stivason received offers from Buffalo and Akron, but instead chose to walk on to the Nittany Lions 2014 squad. He attended Penn State’s home opener against Eastern Michigan along with nine other recruits.
A 5’11’, 168 pound senior at Athens High School, Stivason officially announced his decision through his Instagram with the caption:

Frustrated by spending football game days on his phone, in futile attempts to guide friends and family to his specific location, Ryan Owen, a Penn State graduate, realized there must be a better solution.

Football may not play at home on Saturday, but you can root for another team near Beaver Stadium: Penn State Quidditch.

The Nittany Lions are well-known for their NCAA-champion wrestling team; can its success be matched by Penn State's arm-wrestling team?
