Kicker Troy Stivason Commits to Walk-On to Penn State

Troy Stivason, a kicker from Athens, Pennsylvania, has committed to walk-on to the Penn State football team.Stivason received offers from Buffalo and Akron, but instead chose to walk on to the Nittany Lions 2014 squad. He attended Penn State’s home opener against Eastern Michigan along with nine other recruits.

A 5’11’, 168 pound senior at Athens High School, Stivason officially announced his decision through his Instagram with the caption:

Penn State Athletics is offering students the chance to trade in their student section tickets for this weekend's game against Michigan for several interesting ticket packages.
