Bill O'Brien's 2013 recruiting class grew to eleven verbal commits last night as Virginia offensive lineman Tanner Hartman decommitted from Maryland to join the Nittany Lions. Hartman is rated as a three star recruit by 247 Sports and given two stars by Rivals and Scout. In addition to Maryland, the 6-4 247 lb. high school senior also had offers from Temple, Richmond, and Liberty.
