The annual food truck event will take place from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 27, on the 200 block of South Allen Street between Foster and Beaver Avenues.
Arts Fest will return to State College for its 57th year from July 12 to 16.
Milkshakes are currently available in four flavors: vanilla bean, chocolate, Bittersweet Mint, and Peachy Paterno.
