For the first time ever, the Penn State Board of Trustees allowed public comment at their meeting. At 5:30 p.m. today, the Veterans Plaza bearing Lt. Michael Murphy's name will be dedicated between Old Main and the McAllister building. Members from all three divisions of the military are expected to attend the ceremony to unveil the plaza.

To comply with the new Pennsylvania Voter ID law, expiration date stickers for Penn State issued ID+ cards are now available for pickup so that the cards can be used as valid identification at the polls in November.

For the first time, the Penn State Board of Trustees will allow for public comment during their meeting this weekend at the Nittany Lion Inn. Recent amendments to Standing Order VIII now allow for up to 30 minutes of public comment, with a maximum of 10 speakers. All interested speakers can apply on the BOT website.
