The group, which has camped out in the HUB for the past several weeks in solidarity with the Occupy Wall Street protestors, hopes that these speakers will help educate and empower students on their movement.

It's difficult to define a dynasty, but no one can argue that the Penn State Women's Soccer program hasn't reached that level of greatness. That being said, it is always a bittersweet moment when part of that dynasty must move on after their four years are over. The Big Ten Champion Women's Soccer team will celebrate senior night tonight as the team looks for its thirteenth consecutive victory during a 7 p.m. match against Purdue at Jeffrey Field.

Fans will have a chance to get their first look at this year's overhauled Nittany Lion basketball team on Saturday at the Bryce Jordan Center. The event begins at noon and will allow the public to watch the team practice from inside the BJC. The practice will be followed by a meet-and-greet with the team along with refreshments, prizes, and games.

Penn State Women's Soccer has a potential All-American in forward Maya Hayes, who is lighting up the Big Ten this year leading all of the NCAA in goals and helping propel the Nittany Lions to first place in the Big Ten standings. I was able to catch up with Maya for a mid-season chat about soccer and life.
