Penn State Law Announces $60,000 In-State Grant Program

Pennsylvania residents interested in attending Penn State Dickinson School of Law got some incredible news this morning. The university announced a new grant program -- called the Commonwealth Scholars program -- which will provide in-state students a $20,000 renewable grant to attend Penn State Law.
