Penn State's women’s soccer team's season came to an end on Friday night, as the Nittany Lions lost in the second round of the NCAA tournament to Wake Forest, 1-0.
The Lady Lions rebounded strongly last night following a tough 19-point home lost to UConn on Sunday afternoon as they crushed Bucknell 92-49 with four players scoring in the double-digits.
“There has been a word that has been thrown around about this team -- resiliency -- a bunch of guys who never quit and never give up,” Carson said of the senior class's legacy. “We have gone through a lot of ups and downs, not only this season but in our football careers, but I think we will be remembered as that word."

The sooner we accept that Allen Robinson will most likely not be in a Penn State uniform next year, the easier it will be to stomach. While he has yet to comment on his status for next year, the amazing season that he is having right now is reason enough to move up to the big leagues.
