The stately Nittany Lion has served as the symbol of our best for years, and now, our beloved mascot is taking on a new role to help with research and conservation of other types of mountain lions.
It's that time of year when seniors start getting incredibly nostalgic. Four years might seem pretty short, but even in that small amount of time since this year’s seniors were freshmen, Penn State and State College have seriously changed. Get ready for a trip down memory lane as we take a look back at some of the places that have changed since August 2011.
A group of four students in the Smeal College of Business have created a service called LionShoppers that will deliver groceries to your door, so you can spend less time in the store and more time at the Phyrst studying. The four students said they were inspired to create the company to fill a need that they believe exists in State College, especially since students are super busy and often don't have access to a car.

A Penn State law student was arrested and charged with eight counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver following multiple controlled marijuana buys facilitated by the State College Police Department and is currently banned from entering the Lewis Katz Law Building.
