Thirty-four hours into THON the dancers are still going strong. There's still a long way left before their tired legs can get a real break, but State College's Integrative Bodywork School of Massage Therapy is helping them stay on their feet.
At three in the morning, THON organizations are starting to see their numbers drop. The passion is still here, as well as the football game + second half of a Harlem Shake video atmosphere, but people eventually have to sleep. Despite all that, Delta Chi and Kappa Kappa Gamma are still going HAM.

Unfortunately, the Bryce Jordan Center is a huge place and I couldn't document all of the weird stuff that's going on—there is a LOT of weird stuff going on.
The 8th-ranked Lady Lions (21-3 overall, 11-1 Big Ten) pulled away from a close first half -- a move that is becoming routine -- to beat Big Ten opponent Iowa (16-10, 5-7) 81-69, in a Valentine's Day matchup in Iowa City.
On April Fool's Day way back in 1968, Penn State student Mike Herr started working the night shift at the Fraser Street Post Office. Forty-four years later, he’s keeping the joke going. “I just try to have fun and make them see that maybe it’s not as bad as it seems. But they’ll learn that as they grow. You can’t just pick that up on that from the mailman, but maybe they’ll learn something. Down the road, maybe they’ll say the mailman was right. I hope they do.”
The 8th-ranked Lady Lions (19-3, 9-1 Big Ten) made quick work of the Indiana Hoosiers (10-13, 1-9) beating them, 76-54, in a Big Ten matchup at Assembly Hall on Thursday night. Last night's game gives the Lady Lion's 13 W's in the last 14 match ups.
