We found out when the ongoing construction projects on campus will be completed.
Michael Pilato's famous mural on Heister St. has some new editions. Pilato unveiled the addition of former Penn State football player and Math Whiz John Urschel and Jasmin Enriquez, a recent graduate who started Only With Consent, a sexual violence awareness organization during the First Annual Herb Hand Pizza Crawl. The two were added to the Inspiration Mural as a surprise stop during the tour, which benefitted Uplifting Athletes and RAINN, the Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network. The mural already features Kelsey Hirsch, the founder of Bands4RAINN, who raised more than $10,000 for the organization following Jerry Sandusky's arrest.
Penn State's favorite (and only) free music festival, Movin' On, is this weekend. With the concert moving up a week this year, and on a Saturday for the first time ever, organizers are expecting the event's largest crowd ever. With each Movin' On comes a new set of musical acts, and anything and everything that you may expect at a free music concert on a college campus. For the unexpected, we have decided to set up some prop bets for the concert.
The HUB expansion project will soon be filled with the "John Hancocks" of students who wish to become a permanent part of Penn State history.
Students will have the opportunity to sign the final two steel beams for the first-phase of the project on the first floor of the HUB from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 29. HUB staff will also be on hand both days between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to answer questions about the project with free cake provided for every student who is broke at the end of the semester.

CHEMOWARRIOR: The Eli Sidler Foundation is set to launch today, on what would have been Eli Sidler's 18th birthday. Sidler, who lost his life to Ewing's Sarcoma a little under two years ago, was the Club Field Hockey team's THON child for over seven years, and the team has continued to honor Eli's memory, through social media and support for both Bret and Sue Sidler.
