Although the line dance and THON look a lot different in 2020, not much has truly changed about the iconic hourly song.

Sciorra has competed with her team in several THON Pep Rallies, but she'll dance for the first time at this year's event.
"Everybody is impacted by cancer, and I think that's what THON's about -- being there fighting for the cause together."
