Non-vaccinated individuals will need to continue masking inside campus buildings after June 28.
Prizes for the program include $1,000 payments, $100 Barnes & Noble gift cards, and footballs signed by James Franklin.
The state's masking requirements will lift by June 28 or once 70% of Pennsylvania adults are fully vaccinated -- whichever comes first.
It was the first week without a single positive since August.
Penn State is currently evaluating new federal guidelines on mask-wearing and could change on-campus rules in the near future.
