Penn State University Park, Great Valley, Lehigh Valley, New Kensington, Schuylkill, and Scranton will no longer require indoor masking.
The change will go into effect on Tuesday, May 31.
Eight Penn State campuses -- Abington, Behrend, Brandywine, Great Valley, Hazleton, Lehigh Valley, Wilkes-Barre, and Scranton -- are now requiring indoor masking.
The university has announced that the clinic will pause operations.
Penn State purchased more than 3 million masks and enough hand sanitizer to fill an average-sized backyard pool.
The decision comes after a federal judge struck down the TSA's public transportation mask mandate.
