Now that testing demand has significantly fallen, Penn State says it's moving its on-campus COVID-19 testing center a few blocks down the road.

Starting on Wednesday, March 23, masks won't be required in most classrooms, labs, or other "academic spaces."
The borough said masking requirements could return if COVID-19 transmission in Centre County worsens.
Penn State will remove most masking requirements but continue enforcing them inside classrooms, labs, and "other academic and creatives spaces" at all campuses.
For now, Centre County checks in with a "high" community level, which would keep indoor masking mandates in place for the time being.
