Becker is now facing charges of tampering with evidence, obstructing administration of law, and hindering apprehension for deleting the surveillance video. All three are misdemeanors.
When she refiled the charges, DA Stacy Parks Miller made it clear that Judge Steven Lachman should not be involved in the case moving forward.
"This case has fallen off of its rails in terms of scheduling," Parks Miller said. "The last prelims spread over many months and is kind of already off track. It needs to be placed back on track so the victims can have some sort of normal closure."
Season tickets for the 2018 season will cost $420, a $35 increase from this season's price.
A total of 26 former brothers of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity are now facing charges in the case.
