"THON is something that Penn State takes a lot of pride in and something that a lot of kids have a really great opportunity to take part in. It's really unfortunate [that we can't be there], but at the same time, we do have to recognize that we're here for a reason and we are representing our university just like all of the kids at THON are representing the university."
