
Penn State football features nine players from Maryland, 18 from New Jersey, and about 50 from central or eastern Pennsylvania. Obviously not all are Eagles fans or have connections to Philly, but a large portion of the team will play in friendly territory this weekend at Lincoln Financial Field.

"My recruiting class is a very special class on and off the field, we’re a very tight knit group," said Gesicki. "We hang out a lot, but the biggest thing is that we support each other."
