That goofy looking guy with the "S" sweater and ridiculous pants is W.T. "Mother" Dunn, Penn State football's first All-American. When the 2011-12 Nittany Lion basketball team takes the floor of the Bryce Jordan Center, not much will be the same compared to just a year ago. The same can now be said for the Bryce Jordan Center itself, as plans may be in the works for a new scoreboard.

About a month ago, we reported that the Pennsylvania State Senate had advanced a bill to establish a medical amnesty plan for that provides legal amnesty to underage individuals who call emergency authorities to help a friend or acquaintance with a life-threatening, alcohol-related illness.
Yesterday Gov. Tom Corbett signed the measure into law.

Tomorrow, members of the Penn State football team will host the 9th annual Lift for Life event from 2-7pm in Holuba Hall. The Lift For Life event has generated over $500,000 for kidney cancer since it began at Penn State in 2002.
