Former Beta Theta Pi fraternity brother Luke Visser is requesting a jail sentence reduction and/or house arrest following the 2017 hazing death of then-Penn State sophomore Tim Piazza.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office recommended more than $220,000 in restitution for the Piazza family following their son Tim's death related to a hazing incident at the Beta Theta Pi house in February 2017.
