While competing for Central Michigan, Hildebrandt became a two-time All-American, a three-time NCAA Championships qualifier, and a two-time MAC champion at 125 pounds.
Penn State men's hockey's upcoming series against Maine has been canceled due to positive COVID-19 tests within the Black Bears' program, the team announced Wednesday.
"The health and safety of our student-athletes, coaches, staff and the broader community are of the utmost importance," the team said in a statement.
Davis is expected to wrestle at 125 or 133 pounds, which is certainly good news for Penn State.
