Arts Fest will offer both in-person and virtual events from Thursday, July 8, through Sunday, July 11.
Starting July 15, the road will be closed to vehicle traffic between Fraser and Pugh streets from 6 to 11 p.m. every Thursday through Saturday.
Fireworks and live concerts highlight this weekend's remaining Fourth of July festivities in Centre County.
The event will feature live performances, tailgate games, food vendors, and artists.
"We're excited to have performers in front of live audiences once again. We're not quite back at business as usual, but this is a step in the right direction."
Wings will be served from Gigi's Southern Table, Federal Taphouse, The Wilderness Lodge, and Wings Over Happy Valley, among others.
