UPUA did not endorse any candidates for Borough Council seats Tuesday night. Actually, UPUA hasn't endorsed any candidates for Borough Council at all, and most likely won't. BugPAC =/= UPUA.
Frustrated with the current local government's disregard for student interests, student government leaders Terry Ford and Kevin Horne created the BugPAC campaign to, in their words, "reclaim State College" for students.
Dauler will run against fellow councilwoman Janet Engemen, local business owner Michael Black, and former Borough Council president Donald Hahn.
The State College Borough Water Authority will be performing emergency water valve repairs at the intersection of the two roads, which started at 8 a.m. Repairs throughout Thursday until the job is complete -- approximately 5 p.m.
