A widespread power outage on Tuesday evening is affecting more than 2,400 homes and businesses in Centre County and disrupting traffic lights on North Atherton Street.
The clinic will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fraser Street and offer flu shots and COVID-19 booster shots.
