Penn State EDMC Presents “BassDROP in the Valley”

The Penn State Electronic Dance Music Club (EDMC) has put together a killer show Monday night in Alumni Hall, featuring Estonian electro house/dubstep producer Mord Fustang. Sure, the name is cheesy, but Mord is gaining a lot of recognition in the electronic dance music world. He played Ultra Music Festival in Miami this weekend and is making his way to State College for "BassDROP in the Valley".

Comedian Loni Love to Perform in Alumni Hall

Loni Love, former electrical engineer turned stand-up comedian, will perform in Alumni Hall Tuesday, April 3 at 8:00pm. Love was named one of the "Top 10 Comics to Watch" by Variety and Comedy Central. Campus Activity Magazine named her "Hot Comic" in 2009.

Arts Crawl is this weekend and it looks like an exciting one. Ramona Falls is headlining, and plenty of local bands will be rocking out around the arts buildings on campus. Yellowcard Massacres Stage With Lights and Sounds

Stop, turn, take a look around! At all the lights and sounds! Alumni Hall shook last night as Yellowcard massacred the stage with their loud, funky, punk rock sounds. And yes, there was a bunch of bright lights, too.

Graham Colton to play Heritage Hall in the HUB

On April 9th, the Hub will be hosting a live acoustic set by pop-rock singer Graham Colton. The doors to Heritage Hall will open at 7:30 pm and the concert will begin at 8:00 pm. The concert is hosted by SPA’s L.E.A.D. team, a group that independently organizes concerts around campus.

BJC Announces Macadelic Freestyle Competition

If you're lyrical mastermind with mad flow who also happens to be a Mac Miller fan, then your dream night might be just around the corner. The Bryce Jordan Center has announced the Macadelic Freestyle Competition, a chance for fans to submit a video of themselves rapping over one of one of Mac's beats. The best submission, as judged by Mac himself, will win two tickets to his April 3rd show at the BJC and a meet-and-greet with him following the show.
