Set in Minneapolis Thursday night, and coming off of a huge conference title-clinching win against Michigan, Penn State couldn't get back on top after trailing by as many as 13 points in the second half.

Penn State Trustee Joel Myers has not been silent about his disdain for the NCAA and how it interpreted the Freeh report. Last August, Myers was one of the first trustees to speak up at a board meeting to that effect.
