Penn State's Students Organizing the Multiple Arts hopes to bring arts to the forefront for one day a year. In collaboration with several arts organizations, SOMA's Arts Crawl will take over North Campus tomorrow afternoon for a day-long celebration of arts and creativity in the State College community.

First IHOP, then Quaker Steak and Lube, now Perkins Family Restaurant and Bakery is getting back into the State College restaurant scene.
The Centre Daily Times is reporting that Perkins has filed a preliminary plan to the township to open up a 132-seat restaurant next to Eastview Plaza on Benner Pike.
