State College Borough Council To Discuss Property Maintenance Code, UPUA Urges Student Attendance

The State College Borough Council will discuss a proposed change to the Nuisance Property Ordinance this evening that would limit the number of people that could be in a fenced-in area at any given time in the Borough.
